Introduction to Spring Cone Crusher

The Cone Crusher is developed on the basis of gyratory crusher with the continous crushing function .And the gyratory crusher is developed in US in 1878 . It is widely used in the mid and fine crushing of the various ores and mining stones with the resistance presurre below 300Mpa. And it has found its extensive application in the field of metallurgy,road-building,building materials and chemical production.

Working Principle of Spring Cone Crusher

1) The motor drives the eccentric shaft bushing by a horizontal axle and a pair of triangle gear , which forces the the flexible cone to swing along the inner surface of the fixed cone.

2)As the flexible cone close towards the fixed cone,the materials will be pressed , crushed and crooked by the function of the flexible cone. So that’s how the crushing cavity forms.

3) As the flexible cone leaves the fixed cone,the materials which has been crushed will fall down freely as the result of the gravity . The final products will form after sevaral kinds of repeating works
