Working principle of Raymond Mill

The Raymond mill can crush the large-size materials to the required feeding size and then will deliver the materials to the storehouse by the dustpan lift ,which will be evenly delivered them to the crushing cavity of the main unit by the vibrating feeder. And the materials which have entered the grinding cavity will receive the grinding between the grinding roller and ring , thus producing the powder ,which will be brought to the analyzer to be graded by the wind machine. And the required fine powder will enter the large cyclone collector by the air stream to receive the separation and collection .And at last ,the final products will be discharged out by the tripper .And the air stream will be absorbed by the wind blower on the upper end of the large cyclone collector .And the whole air stream system of the Raymond mill is closed circulation and will proceed the circulation under the positive and negative condition.
